Plug the USB or Type-C cable into your computer or device.

Rotate the button clockwise to turn on the speaker and illuminate the LED light. Rotate the knob counterclockwise back to its original position to turn off the speaker.

Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the volume or counterclockwise to decrease it.

Tap the light control icon on the top of the speaker to turn the light on or off.

1. Ensure that the speaker is powered on. 2. Check that the speaker is connected successfully. 3. Configure the sound output device on the computer. 4. Check the volume on the speaker, the computer, and the App to make sure it is turned on. 5. Connect the speaker to a different device to test if the issue is with the speaker or the computer.

1. Try playing different audio files to see if the problem is with the quality of the file. 2. Connect the speaker to a different device (e.g., another PC) to check for audio output compatibility of the device.

Insert the USB power cable and the audio cable then configure the sound output device on your computer: Seting> System> Sound> Output> Choose your Output Device> Headphones" or"High-Definition Audio Device.

Insert the USB power cable, and hold the knob for 3s, then the front light will start flashing red and bluealternately until you find"SK010" in your search result and connect.

Bluetooth connection stability between the speaker and your device may be interfered with if there are other 24GHz devices (Bluetooth or Wi-Fiin the surounding area. lf you reguire a more stable connection, we recommend using the wired mode
