Frequently asked questions
Step 1 Check that the audio output setting on the device has been switched to external speakers and is not disabled If you have no idea how to setup your device please contact us with your device brand and model
Step 2 Rotate the volume knob to adjust the volume of the speaker
Step 3 Press the volume knob to resume in case the speaker paused
Step 4 Replug the USB cables
Step 5 Change different devices e g another PC to check for audio output compatibility of the device
Step 1 Ensure that the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and that your device s Bluetooth is enabled
Step 2 Move your device closer to the speaker to avoid signal interference If the issue persists restart both the speaker and your Bluetooth device then try pairing again
Step 3 For optimal performance keep your device within a reasonable range up to 10 meters of the speaker
Step 1 Try to play different audio files to see if it s a quality issue of the file
Step 2 Change different power adapters to check for current interference
Step 3 Change different devices e g another PC to check for audio output compatibility of the device
