Step 1 Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blue light flashing) and that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.Step 2 Place the speaker close to your device to avoid signal interference. For optimal performance, keep your device within a reasonable range (up to 10 meters).Step 3 If the issue persists, triple-click the speaker's volume knob to force disconnect any currently paired device, then try pairing again.Step 4 If the selected SK900PRO still fails to connect, try pairing with another device.

If you experience audio latency while using Bluetooth mode, we recommend switching the speaker to USB mode or AUX mode.For best performance. Comneot the USB cable or 3.5mm AUX cable to the ports on the back of your computer case.
