The speaker dimensions are 2.8"Hx16.2"Wx 3.9" D.

The subwoofer dimensions are 15.7"Hx4.5"Wx9.4" D.

There are four types of connection methods: Bluetooth, Optical (73.2inch),3.5 mm Aux(62.2inch),RCA(59.1inch).

On the back of the speaker, there are two wall-mount holes, and we have included the mounting kits to facilitate your installation.

You need to prepare two AAA batteries, which are not included in the package.

1.Ensure that the speaker is powered on.

2.Check that the audio cable is securely plugged into the Aux In Jack of the speaker and the Aux Out jack of your TV device.

3.Check that the volume on the speaker,the TV,and the App is turned up.

4.Configure the sound output device on the TV.

5.Connect the speakerto a different device to test if the issue is with the speaker or the device.
